Buffalo Chicken Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Skinny, garlicaholic bread mix

  • EggWhites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Buffalo chicken

  • Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

  1. In a cereal bowl use 1/4 cup Skinny or garlicaholic bread mix, 1/4 Cup EggWhites

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. Makes and microwaves in 90 seconds.

  4. Top with buffalo chicken (See recipe for making buffalo chicken) and add mozzarella cheese.

  5. Microwave again until cheese melts.
