Lemon Drop Cake

Ingredients:

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Lemon

  • Lemon Juice

  • Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  • Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe)


Directions:

  1. 1/4 Cup Egg Whites

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. ¼ Cup Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  4. Squeeze half a lemon in a separate bowl (to get seeds out)

  5. Pour lemon juice into the mix

  6. Mix and microwave for 90 seconds

  7. Top with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe) (Squeeze a bit of lemon in cream cheese frosting to taste)
