Ingredients:
2 bags Skinny Ramen Style Noodles
2 eggs
2T HTM seasoning
Veggies of choice (onion, mushroom, pepper, zucchini)
2T sesame oil
Directions:
Rinse and pan-fry noodles in sesame oil and seasoning
Add 3 cups water
When water boils, pour 2 beaten eggs in slowly
Add veggies/meat if desired…enjoy!
