Ingredients:

  • Strawberries

  • Rhubarb

  • Sweetie

  • Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Whip Cream

Directions:

Strawberry Rhubarb:

  1. 2 cups Strawberries

  2. 2 cups Rhubarb

  3. 1/2 cup Sweetie

  4. Microwave for 5 minutes

Cake:

  1. 1/4 cup Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  2. 1/4 cup Egg Whites

  3. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  4. Mix and microwave 2 minutes

  5. Pour some strawberry rhubarb over cake. Top with whip cream.
